If the UHF receiver and transmitter are not paired, please follow the instructions as below:

1) Press the power on switch to power on the transmitter. Press and hold both the "+" and ' - " button for about 3 seconds until the display is flashing on the screen that means it goes into pairing mode. Power on the receiver , the blue light will show blinking initially and when you see the blue light is steady on , the pairing is completed.

2) You will need to adjust the volume level directly on the transmitter. Press the power button once to switch between the volume and channel mode. Press the + / - button to change the volume and mode setting level. Example C00 is referring to channel mode , U07 refers to the volume mode.
